The Hurricane Heist

I have four brothers, three of whom I have not spoken to in years. Even though we can become estranged with a family member, we still care about them and wonder if they're doing all right.

Movies about siblings are kind of rare, but complicated human relationships can be some of the most interesting. That's mainly why Point Break is one of my all-time favorite films.

From the director of The Fast and The Furious, Rob Cohen, The Hurricane Heist was heavily promoted but didn't fare well at the box office.

It may not have big name actors in it, and its premise almost seems kind of silly, but The Hurricane Heist is an above-average action film about two estranged brothers and an ATF agent. With Maggie Grace from Taken, the movie is like Twister meets Die Hard.

Sure, there are gunfights and explosions in The Hurricane Heist, but the story and characters have some depth, and the action is pretty cool.
