Take Nicolas Cage, Frank Grillo, some The Bourne Identity, a lot of Predator, then mix them up in a blender, and you got an awesome martial arts action B-movie that nobody's talking about, Jiu Jitsu.
Although it's not original from a narrative standpoint, Jiu Jitsu has some creative camera work that mixes different styles, like in modern Asian-style martial arts fighting action with close, handheld camera shots and first-person views à la Hardcore Henry.
The plot isn't smooth, sometimes abruptly moving from sequence to sequence, but, man, Jiu Jitsu has some really fantastic, hard-hitting fight scenes.
