For certain actors, like Gerard Butler, I'll watch films with Aaron Eckhart without watching the trailer or knowing what the movie is about. Based on a novel, The Bricklayer is a fairly standard spy action thriller, but some of the John Wick-inspired action fight sequences are not so standard. The Bricklayer is not one of Aaron Eckhart's very best films, but it's certainly worth checking out.
